Project Description

This renovation came with the challenge of constrained space and difficult site access. Working with the owners, the solution came when we suggested digging down under the existing home to add a fifth bedroom along with an entertaining space that connected with the pool and cabana. The renovation of the existing home was undertaken with respect to the traditional architecture and in a way that complemented the modern extension at the rear of the property.
