SNL Building Constructions Pty Ltd is a locally owned and operated construction company that has been servicing Newcastle and the Hunter Region for over 16 years.

Director, Simon Livingstone, commenced SNL operations in 2004 having worked as a successful builder in a sole trader capacity for 8 years. Backed by Simon’s 16 years building experience, SNL has grown into a vibrant team of 45 people who have delivered over 300 residential projects within the Hunter Region and are well positioned to grow the company’s portfolio into the future.

In more recent years SNL has bolstered its industry experience by both developing its own projects and participating in a number of Joint Ventures, ensuring the company has been able to take advantage of a diverse range of opportunities.
